OSSINING, N.Y. -- The projects of four students from the Ossining High School Science Research Program were recently selected among the top 16 neuroscience projects in the United States by The American Academy of Neurology.
The Ossining students, all moving on to the finalist round, are Stephanie Becker, Chris Gallego, Rebecca Hannan, and Brinda Ramesh. Annually, the AAN awards $1,000 each to four students nationwide from the final 16 and invites them to present their findings at the AAN National conference. It’s rare that from a national pool of students, four of the 16 student finalists are from one school alone.
