Music Permit, Drainage Bid On Ossining Town Board Agenda Tuesday

OSSINING, N.Y. -- The Ossining Town Board is set to convene for its regular meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 7:30 p.m.

The meeting will be held at the Birdsall-Fagan Police/Court Facility at 86-88 Spring Street.

The Board will consider the following items on the agenda for the evening:

  • The Board is set to approve a music permit for Riviera Maya Bar & Restaurant for 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • The Board is set to authorize the Town Clerk to advertise for bids for the Lakeville Sewer Lift Station Remediation
  • The Board is set to announce the winner of the bid for drainage work to be done on Cedar Lane. The winner of the bid is ELQ Industries, Inc. of New Rochelle in the amount of $152,595.
  • Monthly reports will be given by the Town Clerk, the Town Supervisor, the highway department, the tax receiver's office and on G.E. Helicopter.
