My name is Melissa Dinsmore my maiden name is Moray and I am one of Bob Outhouses daughters. Your previous “letter to the editor” that was posted was full of untruths, spear headed by Catherine Borgia. Throughout this election their has been a ridiculous amount of personal mud slinging from Ms. Borgia. She has sent out mailers with untrue information that was disproven, and worst of all took the attempted murder suicide that occurred in my family and has thrown it in all of our faces. Ms. Borgia is saying one thing and doing something else. She claims that she is here to protect families of domestic violence, but instead of doing that she has hurt not only my parents but all six of their children. Do you think we want to relive the things that happened? She wants to talk about my dads character, let me give you some personal insight into that. My dad saved my mother, but not only her. He saved three children who were victims of domestic violence on a REGULAR basis. My dad is a hero, he is MY hero. You have people saying that he isn’t qualified to be our county legislator, well here is where I will prove that wrong. My father is the man who shows up, he is the first to get to you and the one who makes sure that you are ok before he leaves. He is the strongest man I know, strong enough to carry my mother and her three children, a weight that he didn’t have to burden himself with. He is the most selfless person I have ever met, and I am lucky that he rescued my family and made it his own. He is more then qualified for this position, and proves it every single day. He is a man who loves his family unconditionally, and without apology. He is the type of man you want as your county legislator, he is the right person for this job.
