A serious crash involving an overturned vehicle caused heavy delays on a stretch of the Taconic State Parkway.
The crash happened around 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 1 in Putnam County on the northbound side in Kent and initially blocked the right lane.
Rubbernecking delays were reported on the southbound lanes.
