OSSINING, N.Y. -- Three men are in custody after a passer-by spotted them fleeing an alleged armed home invasion of a 76-year-old woman on Denny Street, according to a report on LoHud.com.
The witness saw the three men enter a car, took down their license plate number and called police.
All three men are charged with first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary.
