OSSINING, N.Y. -- A 65-year-old Ossining man is in critical condition after being struck by a car while attempting to cross State and William Streets on Wednesday, Nov. 20, according to Patch.com.
Police are still investigating the incident, however, the 74-year-old driver of the vehicle has not been charged, Patch.com reported.
