Ossining, Briarcliff Schools Will Have Delayed Starts On Friday

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Ossining Union Free School District and Briarcliff Manor School District will have delayed openings on Friday because of the winter storm.

Ossining will be on a two-hour delay. Briarcliff will have a three-hour delayed start.

The announcement of the delayed opening was made Thursday night.
