OSSINING, N.Y. - Alice B. Feeks, a retired secretary of Ossining, died Dec. 28. She was 90.
Born Jun. 5, 1921 in Norway, she was the daughter of Bernhard and Anna Bernsten. During World War II, Feeks worked at the Cambridge Instrument Company in Ossining and then as a secretary for William H. Feeks Plumbing. Feeks was also a member of the First Baptist Church and the Ossining Golden Agers.
She is survived by her daughters Carol (Umberto) Santaroni of Amawalk, N.Y. and June (Dan Kaye) Brooks of Oregon, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Reposing from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday at Leach & Thomas Funeral Home in Ossining, where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday. Burial will follow at Dale Cemetery.
