OSSINING, N.Y. It's back! We've got a challenge for the sharp-eyed readers who think they know Ossining. Can you tell us where this photo was taken?
Each Saturday, we'll be posting a photo of an architectural feature or object found somewhere in Ossining. It's up to you to figure out the name of the building, street or landmark where we took the photo. Points will be awarded to the first person who correctly gives the photo's location. We'll be keeping a list of our attentive readers.
This week's clue: Look up toward the heavens.
Tell us: Where is this object located? If you know, brag about it on our Facebook page or write it in the comments section. The first person to guess correctly will be awarded 5 points with subsequent guessers receiving 1 point. Last weeks winner is David A. Morrison, who was the first one to correctly guess that the photo was the mural featured at the town and village hall of Ossining.
Here are the rankings after one week:
Tied for 1st: David A. Morrison 5 points; Adelard 5 points
Tied for 2nd: David Petluck 1 point; Oma McCabe 1 point; The Desiderio family 1 point.
Next week we'll post a new Guess Where Photo and the answer to this week's photo with a bigger picture.
