Market at Union Hall, 2 Keeler Lane, North Salem: Organic and gourmet country market meets cafe in a 19th-century building is one not to miss on the scenic drive from Katonah to Connecticut. They have just baked cakes, pastries, scones and croissants, espresso, coffee, and tea for a Continental breakfast you can have inside or outside in a garden area. 

A reviewer on Yelp, Scott P., of Miami, posted "OMG. What a great little place in the middle of nowhere. The food was very fresh, muffins just baked, coffee hot, and the service was amazing... blueberry pie was absolutely delicious."

Bedford Diner, 710 Bedford Road, Bedford Hills.: The food here is fresh and served hot and fast, abundant fresh platters of eggs every imaginable way and lots more. Don't be discouraged by the crowds Saturdays and Sundays, the waitstaff is eager to serve everyone.

Paula Kurth who posted on the Moving To Westchester County NY group Facebook page said they have the "best omelets, in-house baked goods, gluten-free toast."

Beehive Restaurant, 30 Old Route 22, Armonk: It's a local spot, kind of upscale but not pricey,  and open seven days a week with plenty of breakfast options including "Benedicts" and "Morning Cocktails."

"Great," is how Pamela Grunstein on Moving to Westchester County, NY's Facebook group page described it when Daily Voice asked.

Blind Charlie's, 74 Westchester Ave., Pound Ridge: A neighborhood family-oriented eatery that devotes an entire menu page to breakfast with Breakfast Burrito, Steak and Eggs, and Croissant French Toast on it.

Dottie Valle-Condro posted this recommendation on the restaurant's Facebook page: "I loved this place from the beginning. I have recommended it for years and probably always will."

Mount Kisco Diner, 252 E. Main St., Mount Kisco: This one's an Instagram star with an impressive 51,000 followers. Their picture-perfect plates of food are mentioned in Yelp reviews. Cannoli Pancakes, Churro Waffles, 16 different omelets are part of a long breakfast menu. The decor is upscale for a diner with comfy chairs and has outside seating. 

Novella H. of Queens posted on Yelp, "I don't know how I lived in Westchester my whole life yet never went to this diner. ...We ordered omelets and they were very good. Will definitely come back the next time I am in Mount Kisco."
