Chamber Launches New You, New Castle Challenge

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. --The Chappaqua-Millwood Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring The “New You, New Castle Challenge" beginning with a kick-off Facebook event on Saturday.

Chamber businesses are asked to participate with health, wellness, fitness, food, entertainment, education or any other service that will help make community members happier, healthier, less stressed and more productive in 2016.

Community members can get involved by liking The New You, New Castle Challenge Facebook page The first 50 to do so Saturday will win prizes. Then from Nov. 21 to Dec. 31, there will be tips and information provided by participating businesses on the New You Facebook page.

Starting Jan. 1, Ready, Set, Go for the 31-Day Challenge begins.

In mid-January there will be a special meet-up event where all participants will be invited.
