Two Men Struck By Hit-Run Driver In Long Island Parking Lot

Two men suffered injuries after being struck by a vehicle that fled the scene of the overnight crash at a parking lot in a Long Island parking lot.

It happened on Friday, Dec. 6 at 2 a.m. in Westbury.

According to Nassau County Police, officers responded for an unknown problem in the parking lot of 129 Post Ave. 

Upon arrival, officers determined two men had been struck by an unknown white sedan that fled the scene in an unknown direction. 

One victim, a 43-year-old Hispanic man, was struck and sustained massive internal injuries to his right side, police said.

The other victim, a 37-year-old Hispanic man, was struck and sustained head trauma. 

Both victims were transported to the Nassau University Medical Center for treatment of their injuries and both are stable at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
