ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- A student at Tappan Zee High School in Orangeburg, took his own life across the street from the school, on Wednesday, reported News 12 Westchester.

The school was on lockout after the unidentified student shot himself on Dutch Hill Road around 1 p.m., according to News 12.
