Isaac Molina of Stony Point was arrested around 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, after police responded to the intersection of Filors Lane and Central Highway for a report of a motorist sitting behind the wheel unresponsive, said Stony Point Police Lt. Daniel Hylas.
