ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Two men already behind bars in Rockland County were indicted on charges of grand larceny and their bail upped to $1 million each, Orangetown Police said.
Roberto Lombardi of Queens and Marius C. Dumitro (aka Daniele Cassano) Of New York, N.Y., are accused of installing a skimming device at a Provident Bank ATM machine in Nyack. Numerous victims reported in December that their accounts had been compromised and money missing.
The two are being held at the Rockland County Jail on similar charges after being arrested by Stony Point Police on Feb. 20, police said.
They were also charged with criminal mischief and criminal possession of forged devices.
