Nyack Man Faces Assault Charges Following Fight At Party

NYACK, N. Y. -- A 31-year-old Nyack man is facing assault charges after Orangetown police say he struck another man over the head with a bottle Saturday in Nyack, police said.

Gregory Dubuisson is charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, police said. He's being held in the Rockland County Jail pending a future court date in Nyack, police said.

Police responded to a call for medical assistance Saturday on High Avenue in Nyack. Police said the investigation revealed Dubuisson struck another man over the head with a bottle during an altercation.
