Nyack Man Charged With Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct

NYACK, N.Y. -- A Nyack man is facing charges after he bashed a bedroom door during a family quarrel, Orangetown police said.

Erol Fetic, 22, is also accused of damaging a garbage can and shoving a family member at a house on South Broadway on Tuesday, May 17, police said.

He has been charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering, both misdemeanors; and disorderly conduct, a violation, police said.

He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and is to appear in Nyack Justice Court at an unspecified date.
