Dennis Morgan, of Naples, Florida, was arrested around 12:09 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 13, after police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on High Avenue in Nyack, said Orangetown Police Sgt. Kirk Vega.
When police arrived on the scene of the crash, they found that Morgan was driving one of the vehicles, allegedly in an intoxicated condition, police said.
He was arrested and transported to Orangetown Police headquarters where he refused to take a breathalyzer test. He was processed and charged with DWI and released on bail.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 28,
