PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- Waltraud “Wally” Lanoce, of Pearl River, died Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was 86.
She was born April 9, 1930, in Kassel, Germany, to Wilhelm and Helena Aweh. She was a World War II bride who emigrated to the United States.
She is survived by her son, Steven, his wife Susan Lanoce and their children, Steven, Gena and Nicholas of Nanuet; daughter, Arlene Tauken of Pearl River; sister, Lisa Panza of Spring Hill, Fla.; and nephew, Tony Panza.
Visiting hours are from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc., 100 Franklin Ave., Pearl River.
