Karen Ann Kennedy Woods, 59, of Pearl River

PEARL RIVER, N.Y. -- Karen Ann Kennedy Woods, of Pearl River, died on Nov. 8. She was 59.

Raised in Pearl River and Blauvelt, she  graduated St. Margaret's School and The Rosary Academy, 1975. She attended FIT and Hunter College and worked for the NYPD as a supervising Police Admin Aide at the 20th and 24th precincts. 

She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Eileen nee Colgan Kennedy; siblings, Susan and Christopher. She is survived by her  husband, Ronald Woods; siblings, Joseph (Kathy), Jacquie Kennedy, Brian McDonald and Dr. Kim Woods.

A memorial celebration of her life will be held Saturday from 1-4 p.m. at The Son's of Italy 46 Van Wyck Road Blauvelt.
