TAPPPAN, N.J. -- A resident of Tappan, Donald A. Colvin, died July 27. He was 90.
He was born Nov. 20, 1926, in the Bronx to Allen and Gladys Colvin.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and was honorably discharged.
He was an insurance underwriter for Travelers Insurance Company in New York City for 39 years. He was a member of the Tappan Reformed Church in Tappan.
He is survived by his sons, Donald, Neil and his wife Eleanor and Bruce and his wife Darleen; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and his brother, Richard.
A funeral service and visiting was conducted at the Moritz Funeral Home in Tappan.
