ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A delivery truck struck low-hanging telephone and electrical lines, knocking out power to residents in the area of Skylark Drive in Wesley Hills.
The incident, which occurred around 1 p.m., led to the closure of the road. It has since reopened, Ramapo Police said.
The driver of the truck was able to exit the truck without injury, according to police.
Orange and Rockland Utilities is at the scene, working to restore power.
