MONTROSE, N.Y. - After a wild first half that saw the host Hendrick Hudson Sailors battle back from a 16-point deficit to tie the game seconds before halftime, it was the Warriors of Lourdes who held on to take a 66-57 victory Friday night at Hen Hud.
In front of a packed and noisy house at Hen Hud, Lourdes got 35 points from a red-hot James Anozie, who dropped 16 in the third quarter alone. Nicky Marra led the Sailors with 21 points.
It was just the second loss in six games for Hen Hud. Lourdes improved to 1-1.
