Red Hook Residents Electing New Town Supervisor

RED HOOK, N.Y. -- Robert McKeon or Trilby Sieverding will be the next Town Supervisor of Red Hook.

The two are running to replace Sue Crane who declined to run for re-election. McKeon, a Democrat, previously served as Town Supervisor. He ran for Supervisor in 2007, losing by 17 votes. McKeon is the owner and operator of McKeon Farms and has lived in Red Hook for 17 years.

Sieverding currently serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals and has lived in Red Hook for 14 years. She previously worked as a human resource specialist for IBM, Philip Morris and Scholastic. Sieverding ran unsuccessfully town board four years ago.

Democrat incumbent Harry Colgan and Democrat Sarah Imboden are running for two seats on the town council along with Republican Michael Hayes.
