On Wednesday, state police in Rhinebeck announced the arrest of Germantown resident Margaret White, who is accused of shoving and cursing at a special needs child in her care during the course of her employment on March 27.
White was charged with a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Town of Red Hook Court on Thursday, April 27.
