RED HOOK, N.Y. -- A 59-year-old Red Hook woman is facing shoplifting charges following her arrest Tuesday on a complaint that she took $376 worth of merchandise from the Kohl's store in the town of Ulster, police said.
Shyrlei Masson is charged with two counts of misdemeanor petty larceny, police said. The second count relates to a complaint from the store that she took about $176.50 in merchandise on March 23, police said.
She was issued a ticket to report in Ulster Justice Court at a later date to answer the charges. Police made the arrest about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, police said.
