Kevin J. Domer is charged with possession of a sexual performance by a child, a Class E felony, police said. He was released after arraignment, but due back in Gardiner court at 5 p.m. March 3, police said.
State police said the department's computer crimes unit initiated the investigation. Police on Feb. 17 searched his home, including electronic devices, police said.
As a result, police found a digital video of a girl younger than 16 engaging in a sexual performance, police said. He was charged Feb. 23, police said.
