CLINTON CORNERS, N.Y. – Vincent J. Moody Sr., a resident of Clinton Corners and Poughkeepise native, died Friday, March 18. He was 91.
He was born May 14, 1924, in Poughkeepsie., the son of Wesley and Nora (Neil) Moody. He was the co-owner and operator of Moody Brother’s Dairy Farm in Clinton Corners.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Moody; his three sons, Gary Moody and his wife Diane, Brian Moody and his wife Susan and Vincent J. Moody Jr.; grandchildren, Nathan, Nicholas, Brianne, Richard and Barbara; and great-grandchildren, Kyle, Julia, Ellison, Ethan and Gianna.
He was predeceased by his parents; and his twin brother, John.
Calling hours are from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Peck & Peck Funeral Home, 7749 S. Main St., Pine Plains. A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Father Kent Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery Bangall.
