MILAN, N.Y. -- Rose Marie Johnson, 79, died Thursday, Nov. 26.
She was born March 13, 1936, in Poughkeepsie, the daughter of Alexander and Gladys (Morgan) Horne.
Johnson was a nurse's aide.
Survivors include her three daughters, Lynda Lee (Randy) Klawson of Milan; Victoria Lynn Johnson of Milan; Ginny (Chuck) Majors-Myers of Germantown; a son, LeRoy H. (Heather) Johnson Jr. of Milan; two sisters, Helen Schaffer of Poughkeepsie; Beatrice Bailey of Penn Yan; two brothers, Frank Horne of Willington, N.C.; Donald Horne of Florida; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren with one on the way, and one great-great-grandson.
She was predeceased: by her husband, LeRoy H. Johnson Sr; a son, Robert David Johnson; two sisters, Virginia Sucato, Roberta Horne; and a brother, Richard Horne.
Calling hours are from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Peck & Peck Funeral Home, 7749 S. Main St., Pine Plains. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Evergreen Cemetery in Pine Plains.
