That's why Eagle Scout Josiah Abbadessa built a "little" library - which is really just a mailbox-like structure - that allows residents to drop off a book, and take a book. They already have a whole box of books stocked inside.
Abbadessa had plenty of help with the little library including Town Supervisor Bob Meelan, who allowed the Eagle Scout to place the library in front of his store, Chris Fox, president of the library and Shelby Davis, a friend of the library that made the installation happen.
So, if you have a book you're done with, drop it off and pick up a new one. The library is in front Meelan's Market at 4886 Westmoreland Road.
