RED HOOK, N.Y. -- A member of the staff at Red Hook Public Library has artwork of the library displayed in the Envisioning Dutchess Exhibition which opened Friday at the Barrett Art Center in Poughkeepsie.
For the exhibition, artists and community organizations were invited to participate by submitting an original piece of artwork that visually captures Dutchess County, according to a release.
The submissions were created on a two-foot, by two-foot canvas panel the center provided to the artists.
The display, unframed in patchwork fashion, is on exhibit to July 2 at the center, 55 Noxon St., Poughkeepsie, N.Y.
