So says Owner Oliver Kita who said, though Christmas and Chanukah are his best-selling seasons, Valentine's Day is the most romantic chocolate holiday.

To that end, there are specific items created for this time of year including a heart-shaped "Tibetan tiger" (made with chili for a little spice), the "Habanera Romantic" and the "Love Letter." Everything is made in-house using organic Fair Trade chocolate and as many local ingredients as possible.

Needless to say, the aroma is intoxicating. "People walk in here all the time and say they wish we could bottle the smell," he said.
