The sale is run by Patsy Costello, also President of the Hyde Park Historical Society, and offers lots of FDR-related items, including FDR dolls, stamps, post cards and much more.
Costello, who has two rooms in the house she rents out to guests, has lived in the historic home all her life, and was friends with Eleanor Roosevelt, and the two often had tea together.
Her father worked for Frederick Vanderbilt, who left $1,000 dollars to her dad, which helped her family buy the house in 1938.
Costello has been holding the sale for nearly 50 years, for the three weekends before Christmas.
