With spring coming, outdoor food trucks will be more frequently visited and area residents are rallying to make sure one of those stops remains Carole's HotDogs in Hyde Park.

Owner Carole Crusco, 79, has been fighting to keep the business going after being out sick several months over the summer and falling behind on mortgage payments, according to a GoFundMe page set up for her.
