Veteran Arts Showcase Comes To Roosevelt Library In Hyde Park

HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- The third annual Veteran Arts Showcase opens Friday and runs through Sunday at the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library/Wallace Center in Hyde Park.

The showcase will feature works by local artists, photographers and authors with military backgrounds.

On Friday, from 5:30-8:30 p.m., there will be an opening reception and ceremony. 

The first 20 students with school ID receive a free meal or movie ticket. Twenty students attending from one school or college win a chance at receiving $250 for their arts or service-oriented club. Three schools can win.

The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library is at 4079 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park.
