HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- Today marks the 75th anniversary of Franklin Delano Roosevelt's "Four Freedoms" speech, the State of the Union address in which the president declared that people everywhere should have freedom of speech and religion, and freedom from want and fear.

To honor the address, given Jan. 6, 1941, the Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum have joined forces with the National Archives Motion Picture Preservation Labs to create new enhanced versions of the speech in HD.
