22-Year-Old Man Accused Of Putting Phone Under Woman's Skirt In Westchester A 22-year-old man was hit with a felony charge after allegedly putting his phone under a woman's skirt in Westchester, police said. Yonkers resident Gueovanni Patterson was arrested on Thursday, Nov. 14 in connection with an incident that happened in Yonkers earlier in the month, Yonkers Police announced on Tuesday, Nov. 19.  According to the department, on Wednesday, Nov. 6 just before 1:30 p.m., Patterson allegedly walked up behind a young woman and put his cell phone up her skirt.
