North Salem Man Charged With DWI After Crash On I-84

NORTH SALEM, N.Y. – North Salem resident Jonathan Burr, 22, was arrested late Monday after losing control of his vehicle and crashing on Interstate 84 in Southeast, police said.

New York State Police charged Burr with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and transported him to the hospital for treatment to his injuries, police said. Burr was issued with appearance tickets, returnable at Southeast Town Court on April 25, and was released to a member of his family.
