Man Accused Of Peering Under Stalls In Women's Restroom At Long Island Store

A man has been accused of peering under stalls in a women's restroom at a Long Island store.

The incident happened on Friday, Oct. 25 at 4:30 p.m. in Garden City, according to Nassau County Police. After an investigation, Jamali Johnson, 32, of Garden City, was located at his residence and placed under arrest on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 12:10 p.m.

Officers responded to the Verizon store, located at 741 Zeckendorf Blvd., where a female victim gave a description of the offender to police. 

Johnson was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, unlawful possession of marijuana and public lewdness. He will be arraigned on Wednesday, Nov. 6 at First District Court in Hempstead.
