Everybody knows that a lamb says, "baa," a cow says, "moo," and a donkey says, "hee-haw." But what kind of noise does a goat make? You might be able to find out if you go to Muscoot on Sunday where the 4-H Gang will teach all about dairy goats and demonstrate how to make goat cheese.

Caldecott Medal winner Jerry Pinkney will read from his 2010 book "The Lion and the Mouse." It is his own adaptation of the Aesop fable. Afterwards there will be a book-signing and hands-on activity. Both the book and its matching puppets will be available for sale.

Betsy Lewin, illustrator of Click, Clack, Moo - Cows That Type will be on hand to talk about her book and sign copies. You can also make a tour of the farm and wildlife center. There will be pony rides, hay rides and lunch provided. (This event was postponed from an earlier date due to rain.)
