The Ridgefield Police Department has released an alert regarding Mia, a spayed 7-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier who is up for adoption.

Police said that the Ridgefield Animal Control is looking to re-home Mia to a family with no other pets in the home, noting “Mia is great with children and people in general.”

Anyone with interest in making Mia a part of their family and giving the terrier a new home can contact the Ridgefield Animal Control by calling (203) 431-2711.
