STEAM Fest registration is open but representatives said the program is filling up. STEAM Fest is open to children in grades kindergarten and up, according to a press release. The event features "hands-on creative learning experiences" for children from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Keeler Library, according to the release.
"Some popular work stations are back from last year, such as Rockets, 3D Printing and Soldering," representatives said in the release. "Others are new such as Makey Makey Music, Spaghetti Challenge, Ready-Set-Design, Paper Speakers, Rockets, Soldering, Vinyl Portraiture, 3-D Scanning Station and more."
The program is paid for by the Keeler Library Visiting Committee and the John R. & Dorothy Caples Fund.
