Head Of Trumbull Police Commission Under Investigation TRUMBULL, Conn. -- The head of the Trumbull Police Commission is being investigated after accusations he tried to shake down a local supermarket cashier for $2,600, according to the Connecticut Post. Roger McGovern, 75, is accused of badgering the 33-year-old cashier in an attempt to recover the cost to repair a dent in his Cadillac Escalade he blames on the cashier, according to the Connecticut Post.
