Woman Wanted For Using Stolen Credit Cards To Make $3K In Purchases At Long Island Stores

Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to locate a woman who racked up thousands of dollars in charges using stolen credit cards on Long Island.

Investigators released photos of a woman who allegedly used stolen credit cards at multiple stores in West Babylon.

Police said that the credit cards were reported stolen from a Jeep that was parked outside of the Bristol on West Montauk Highway at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20 in West Babylon.

The stolen cards were then used to make more than $3,000 worth of purchases at several stores, including Stop & Shop on Montauk Highway and Bed Bath & Beyond on West Montauk HIghway.

Anyone who recognizes the woman, or who has information regarding her whereabouts has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.
