WARWICK, N. Y. -- A 20-year-old Vernon, N. J., man is facing a felony burglary charge after Warwick police found him early Wednesday hiding in the ceiling of a pizza shop on Main Street in Warwick, according to the recordonline.com.
Christopher Linn is being held at Orange County Jail on $15,000 bond on the second-degree burglary charge. He's due back in Warwick Town Court on Monday, the recordonline.com says.
Witnesses called police when they saw a man early Wednesday outside Frank's Pizza Restaurant. With the help of the police K-9 officer, police found him hiding in the ceiling above the utility closet, according to the recordonline.com.
Restaurant officials say between $400 and $700 is missing from the office, recordonline.com reports.
