STONY POINT, N.Y. -- County Legislator Douglas Jobson's Stony Point house was sold at auction in March for $185, 665, far lower than its listed price, reported lohud.com.
The sale is proceeding, lohud.com said, citing court documents.
Jobson reportedly tried to hang on to the 10 Hoke Drive house, which went to foreclosure in January, according to lohud.com. He reportedly did not attempt to make modifications to its loan, and with foreclosure expenses, it grew to be $500,000, court papers revealed last month, said lohud.com.
