Police ID Teen Shot, Killed On Hudson Valley Street Police have identified a man who was found shot to death on a Hudson Valley roadway on Memorial Day.  Tyriq Seward, an 18-year-old former Rockland County resident who lived in South Carolina, was killed around 9:50 p.m., Monday, May 31, in Spring Valley. A Spring Valley Police officer was on patrol on Crispus Attucks Road and heard multiple gunshots in the area, Detective Matthew Galli said. The shooting took place around 9:50 p.m., Monday, May 31, in Rockland County. Cabbie Robbed At Gunpoint, Hit In Head With Weapon In Nanuet, Police Say Police are asking the public for help identifying two men who allegedly robbed a cabbie at gunpoint and then hit him in the head with the weapon. The incident took place around 5:20 a.m., Thursday, July 11, on Spring Brook Road in Nanuet, said the Clarkstown Police Department. According to police, the victim, a 58-year-old taxi driver, reported he picked up two men from Spring Valley and drove them to Spring Brook Road.
