The Greene County wreck happened just before 5 p.m. Saturday, July 20, on Route 23 in the town of Windham. Sheriff’s officials said a Buick SUV was heading eastbound on State Route 23 when it collided with a westbound Chevrolet pickup truck near the intersection of Cross Road. She is described as being 5-foot-4 and 155 pounds. She has blonde hair with green tips and blue eyes. The collision occurred in Orange County around 12:16 p.m., Tuesday, July 16, on Route 211 West in Wallkill. According to Lt. New York State Police say the suspect, Luis F.
