These Were The Most Expensive Homes Sold In Orange County In 2018

Orange County was home to some of the most expensive properties sold in upstate New York, according to a brand-new report.

Citing data from the New York State Office of Real Property Tax Services, the report found the top five most expensive homes that were sold in each county in 2018. Each residence was categorized as “one-family year-round residence.”

In Orange County, the most expensive homes sold last year were: 

109 Turtle Point Road, Tuxedo Park (first overall): $5.95 million.

Seller: Barbara Jean Swanson;

Buyer: Said N. Haidar.

3 Bailey Town Road, Tuxedo (second): $3.95 million.

Seller: Marjorie Northrop Friedman;

Buyer: Open Space Institute Land Trust.

167 Wee Wah Road, Tuxedo Park (third): $.196 million.

Seller: Douglas F. Stone;

Buyer: Honiton I, L.L.C.

1010 County Highway 1, Warwick (fourth): $1.528 million.

Seller: Donald B. Daparma;

Buyer: Green Farmland.
