The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to residents in Orange County regarding the residency of 55-year-old Jetson Wilson, who has reported a move from Thompsonville Road in Thompsonville to a residence on Route 209 in Cuddebackville.

The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Wilson a Level 3 threat, which means he is a “high-risk repeat offender and possible threat to public safety.”

According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Wilson had sexual contact with his teenage victim and was busted for promoting and possessing a sexual performance by a child in March 2004. Wilson was convicted of third-degree criminal sexual act in April 2005 and sentenced to a term of one to three years in prison. He is now under the jurisdiction of the Deerpark Town Police Department.
